Recycled Materials
The new Rosendahl Soft Spot Solar Circular in recycled GRS-certified materials is a modern and very contemporary evolution of the iconic Soft Spot Solar lantern, which can be found in many homes across Scandinavia. The material and colors may be new, but you can easily recognize the silhouette of the classic Soft Spot Solar lantern.
The lanterns consists of many parts, but as these can be separated completely at the end of the lamp’s life, each material can easily be recycled and given a new lease on life.
Perhaps the biggest difference compared to the original Soft Spot Solar lantern with metal frames is that, for the Rosendahl Soft Spot Solar Circular, both the combined frame and lamp shades, as well as inner parts and switch buttons are produced using recycled materials. Naturally, all the recycled materials are – just like the rest of the lantern – designed for disassembly.
The lanterns offer 15-18 hours of light and let you adjust the brightness to set the perfect mood.
Rosendahl Soft Spot Solar Circular is designed to let you take the light with you. The lanterns are portable and easy to carry with you wherever you are. Enjoy their lovely light in the garden, on a picnic, in a tent, on the boat or wherever you want to create a little extra ambience and cosiness.
With the lanterns, you can spread cosiness in all the rooms of the house. Soft Spots are designed to pulsate very gently, in the same way as candles. This gives the lamps a vibrant, organic and soft appearance that immediately spreads cosiness.
Soft Spot Solar is a contemporary lantern that mimics the atmospheric glow of candlelight. Rosendahl created the lamp by encapsulating the characteristic off-white ball lamp in an powder coated frame, giving you a beautiful and functional design that can be used both indoors and outdoors. The lantern also has solar cells so that it can recharge during the day – and a twilight sensor so that it automatically switches on when darkness creeps in.
