Cancellations

You can check the status of your order at any time by visiting the Status page or logging into your account. If your item has already been shipped, you can track your package(s) by clicking on Track a Shipment. A link to this page will also be included in your shipping confirmation email, which is sent to the address used when you placed your order.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your satisfaction for any reason, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, excluding delivery charges, when you make your request within 30 days of the shipping date.

If your Rosendahl Design Group
Purchase does not entirely meet your satisfaction, we will gladly exchange or
refund your purchase, exclusive of delivery charges and any discounts applied,
within 30 days from the date of delivery. The item(s) you wish to return, or
exchange must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging. Your items must
have been purchased through www.rosendahl.com in the US or Canada to qualify for an exchange or refund.

To begin your return, please send your request to hello@rdg.us with the online order
number starting with XX. A customer service representative will process your
return or exchange request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) via e-mail.

Please
note:

Merchandise that is being returned without a
RMA, have been used, are damaged or are not received in their original
packaging will not be refunded. Such products will either be discarded or sold
at an auction with the proceeds given to charity.

Any claim regarding damaged or
defective goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.

If you have received a free gift
or gift with purchase as a part of your order, you must return the free gift to
us, if you no longer meet the conditions for receiving the free gift. We will
deduct the value of any free gift, if you do not return it with the other items
and no longer meet the conditions for receiving the free gift. 

If the product
is out of stock at the time we receive your return; we will offer an alternative product or a
refund. If you wish to wait until the item is back in stock, we will contact
you with details of when you can expect delivery.

All discounted items are final sale and
cannot be returned for refunded.

Please note: You select a carrier
and bear the costs of returning the item, unless we have delivered the item to
you by mistake or if the item has been damaged or defective upon receipt.

For Canada specifically, a
restocking and return fee of 15 USD will be deducted before we refund your
order. 

Please note
that you cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the product or by
refraining from collecting it. 

You select the carrier of your
choice. It is not possible to state the price of the return shipment in
advance, as this depends on the weight of the item and the choice of carrier,
etc. However, it is likely that the return shipping will cost at least the same
as what you paid in the webshop for delivery (provided that the delivery was
not free).

You bear responsibility for the
goods until we receive them. You should therefore save the postage receipt and
any tracking number.

Unfortunately, since
we are processing your order as quickly as possible, we are not able to accommodate order cancellations or modifications. This includes adding a gift
message after you've placed your order.

When you cancel or return a
purchase, we will refund the payment for your order. If you return your entire
order, we will also refund the original shipping cost. We will refund the
amount without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date when
we receive your returned package. Remember to keep the receipt that you receive
from the carrier when you hand over the parcel for delivery as documentation
that the item has been sent.

All online refunds will be
completed within 14 days of receipt. All refunds will be made according to the
original method of payment. Please note that we do not refund the cost of delivery
except if your return is the result of an error made by Rosendahl Design Group
US.

Rosendahl
Design Group warrants that merchandise will be free from defects in material or
workmanship for a period of one (1) year from shipment by Rosendahl Design
Group US, provided that the merchandise is used as reasonably intended and has
not been altered or modified.

This
warranty does not apply to the extent that merchandise: (a) has not been
handled, maintained or used in accordance with Rosendahl Design Group’s
guidelines or in a reasonable manner, or (b) has been damaged by accident,
negligent or external factors.

Rosendahl Design Group’s products are in many cases handcrafted.
Therefore, small irregularities in shape, surfaces and finishes are hallmarks
of such craftsmanship and are not defects.
