We preserve and develop Danish design icons

A design company with eight independent brands in its portfolio: Kay Bojesen, Kähler, Rosendahl, Holmegaard, Lyngby Porcelæn, Arne Jacobsen Clocks, Bjørn Wiinblad, and JUNA. Our mission is to create new, durable designs in the quality that Danish design is known for worldwide – while also profiling and upholding Danish design treasures by rediscovering old classics.

One of Denmark’s largest design companies.

We develop and preserve Danish design and iconic brands to give everyone the opportunity to decorate their homes with high-quality design products, whether these are timeless classics or new modern designs.

How the iconic monkey is produced

1951 is the year when the smiling monkey first sees the light of day, and the popular monkey has gained iconic status in Danish design.

Working with beloved design classics, we elevate a design heritage that requires integrity all the way around the product. This means that we have a strong focus on using sustainable wood in our monkey production. Monkey is made from plantation teak. This type of teak is a sustainable alternative to natural teak.

THE ICONIC LYNGBY VASE

Even though the Lyngby vase is over 50 years old, demand for it is higher than ever. The white cylindrical vase with its distinctive grooves is a symbol of modern design in Danish porcelain art history.

The Lyngby vase comes in many different sizes in porcelain and mouth-blown glass in several gorgeous colours.

Design With Light

Reflections in glass

Maria Berntsen has designed the mouth-blown Scandinavian-style lanterns in glass and full- grain leather for one purpose: to spread cosy light wherever you put them. Perfect for the patio, living room and beach, or wherever you need a warm glow in the dark.
