Jesper Vollmer is a Danish chef and cookbook author who has appeared on the TV programmes Spis og Spar on DR, and he is part of the permanent team of chefs at Go' morgen Danmark. He also runs the Rå food concept house in Allinge on Bornholm, has his own food club and cookery school Klub Vollmer and was the former chef for the royal family.
Jesper Vollmer trained under Francis Cardeneau at Le Sommerlier and has also worked at Søllerød Kro. Both through his cooking and as designer of the Rosendahl RÅ series, Jesper Vollmer wants to inspire people to eat just a little better. And according to the renowned TV chef, it doesn't have to be expensive or difficult.
