Kay Bojesen designed the Rattle in 1932, and it remains one of his earliest and most beloved designs. The ball at its center turns and spins within the frame, a small detail that shows the wit behind all of his work. It's left unpainted because Kay Bojesen believed natural wood leaves more room for the imagination. A beautiful decorative piece for the nursery shelf, a meaningful keepsake and a piece of authentic Danish design to treasure for years. Please note the Rattle is a decorative piece and not a toy.
