Here's how pre-ordering works:

By pre-ordering, you get to secure your purchase of a new introduced item that haven't yet arrived at our warehouse.
Anticipated arrival dates at our warehouse are 2-6 weeks. Keep in mind this timeframe is our best estimate; sometimes things move quicker or slower than planned.
If your pre-order includes other in-stock items, we'll hold off on shipping until everything is ready to go. This way, you get everything in one package! Can't wait? No problem! If you'd like your available items sooner, simply place separate orders for your in-stock goodies and pre-order items.
We'll send you a dispatch email the moment your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Rest easy, your account won't be charged until your order is on its way. Until then, you'll see a hold for the amount—it's our way of making sure your items are reserved just for you.
In the rare case we can't fulfill your pre-order, we'll notify you right away and release the reserved amount. You won't be charged for items we can't send.
