Here's how its pre-ordering works when order pre-products:

• By pre-ordering, you get to secure your purchase of a new introduced item that hasn't yet arrived at our warehouse. 
• Check the product page for the anticipated arrival date at our warehouse. Keep in mind this date is our best estimate; sometimes things move quicker or slower than planned.
• If your pre-order includes other in-stock items, we'll hold off on shipping until everything is ready to go. This way, you get everything in one package!
• Can't wait? No problem! If you'd like your available items sooner, simply place separate orders for your in-stock goodies and pre-order items.
• We'll send you a dispatch email the moment your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
• Rest easy, your account won't be charged until your order is on its way. Until then, you'll see a hold for the amount—it's our way of making sure your items are reserved just for you.
• In the rare case we can't fulfill your pre-order, we'll notify you right away and release the reserved amount. You won't be charged for items we can't send.

items purchased from our discontinued products sale are non-returnable.

As these products are being offered at a discounted rate due to their discontinued status, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for them. We encourage you to carefully review your selection before making a purchase.

For various reasons, Rosendahl Design Group US LLC may gather information that is provided by you, or that relates to you (“Customer Information”). For example, we collect information about you when you visit our website, when you provide it to us over the phone, when you purchase products in our stores, or when you fill out a web form and send it to us. 

We use cookies on our website. A cookie is a small text file which is stored in your web browser, and which registers you as a unique user.

Typically, we only collect Customer Information relating to you that is provided to us directly by you. We do not typically collect information from public databases, social media sites or other third parties. 

Generally, we use Customer Information for the purpose for which it was collected, to improve our website, to enhance your online shopping experience, and to respond to your requests and questions. For example, if you give us your email address because you wish to receive promotional material from us, we will use Customer Information to add you to our email distribution list. For example, we may share our email address list with a company that helps us distribute RDGUS emails. An example of Aggregate Data might be how many people purchased a particular RDG Product on our website. We are based in the United States, and we store digital information in the United States. You should be aware that if you reside outside of the United States and supply us with your Customer Information, that information will be held in the United States. We retain your Customer Information for as long as is reasonably necessary given the purpose for which it was collected, and only to further our legitimate interest in such information. With respect to Customer Information that we use for marketing purposes, please know that you always have the right to opt out of receiving electronic versions of marketing materials by clicking “unsubscribe” at the footer of our emails or by contacting us as described, below. If you ask to “unsubscribe,” we will retain Customer Information only as needed to ensure that we do not contact you again for marketing purposes.

By entering your phone number in the checkout and initializing a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. Text marketing messages will not exceed 30 a month. We warrant that any product purchased through the www.rosendahl.com website (the "Site") is of satisfactory quality and fit for its intended purpose. Your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of the foregoing shall be return of the product in question for a refund subject to strict adherence to our refund and replacement policy above.
